DESCRIPTION:Samaritan’s Heart is excited to partner with NEW Community Clinic to bring the Clinic’s mobile unit to the Seymour Park Neighborhood.\nThe Mobile Unit has two exam rooms that can be used for medical or dental care. They provide comprehensive care with community partnerships.\nThe mobile unit offers:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAcute care (sore throat, cough, flu, etc.)\nImmunizations for Children and Adults\nPreventative health screenings\nChronic disease management\nDental exams for pain\nCleanings and preventative care\nWIC services\nScreening for Behavioral Health Services\n\nAlso joining us is the Brown County United Way HubCAP bus providing Spring cleaning supplies, toiletry kits, diapers, blankets and other items, also information regarding United Way’s 211 service and their Community Resource Navigator will be on-site to help answer any questions people may have about accessing local Brown County Resources.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
